Since launching in January 2006 Dendy Films NZ has quickly secured a position as one of the key suppliers of quality films to the NZ film going public.

Highlights of the 2006 year included the sucessful releases of The Wind that Shakes the Barley, Water , Cache and Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room.

The biggest success of 2006 was the release of the local NZ film Out of the Blue, the story of a massacre in a small NZ town, that grossed in excess of $1,000,000 at the NZ box office following it's October launch.
