On Site Broadcasting was established in 1999 to provide a unique service: a one-stop shop for broadcasters and production companies alike. OSB’s work covers a broad spectrum from large scale outside broadcasts through to consultancy and technical supervision.

In its expansion into New Zealand, OSB built, owns and operates four Digital “state of the art” outside broadcast vehicles. Designed in Australia and built in New Zealand using trans-Tasman talent, the vehicles were commissioned and delivered in December 2001 - January 2002.

Currently OSB NZ supplies extensive OB facilities for Sky Sports covering over 200 major sporting events, including Cricket, Rugby, Soccer, Super 12, and NPC; as well as TV concerts, award shows and commercials for both international and domestic clients.

OSB currently has 24 permanent staff based in Melbourne, Auckland and Christchurch, and each of OSB’s key staff has a minimum of 20 years experience in the television industry.
